Corporate Profile
The history of Landmarks Berhad
inaugurate in 1973 when a company known as Basset Rubber Company
was incorporated. Basset Rubber Company then changed its name to
Ytong Malaysia Berhad, and then to Premium Holdings Berhad.
On 6 July 1983 Premium Holdings Berhad changed its name to
Landmarks Holdings Berhad (LHB). The Company then merged with
Landmarks Corporation Berhad. The merger was successfully
completed in July 1983. Under the stewardship of the Chairman,
Tan Sri Dato Seri Chong Kok Lim, the Group actively engaged in
rubber and oil palm, housing, property (President House), hotel
(The Regent) and shopping complex (Sungei Wang Plaza).
