TANCO HOLDINGS BERHAD (Tanco) was
incorporated in Malaysia on 8 December 1958 as a public limited
company known as Jeram Kuantan (Malaya) Ltd. It changed its name
to Jeram Kuantan (Malaya) Berhad on 15 April 1966 and assumed
its present name on 21 June 1997. The ordinary shares of the
Company were listed on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock
Exchange (now known as Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad) on 31
May 1961.
